Daily life in Rampart, Alaska. Even though Brooke Woods and her family aren’t able to fish, they continue their daily village life which includes swimming and bathing in the Yukon River, hauling water, and fishing for white fish with the allowed 4” net. Tribal members have been allowed to fish with a 4” net, which are scarce and even if they could afford the expensive price, the nets are out of stock and back ordered for a year.
